    115/230 volt wiring
I bought a beautiful chandelier at a garage sale at a great price. Can the chandelier be wired for 230 volts for use in the Philippines as long as 230 volt bubs are used?

    Only you can answer this.

As long as the correct sockets are used I don't see why it can't.

I agree, if you plan to use it in the Philippines. Wouldn't fly here, if the install falls under (or goes against) NEC 210.6

Sockets here are 220V. You'll need an adapter for this.
