    Beating depression
    I have been on various different anti depressiants but none seem to have the desired effect wanderin if anyone out there has been on anything that's made a difference and how long the effects took :confused::confused:

    SteveO I am on celexa and it has done me wonders. One problem it has undesirable sexual side effects. But the good news they make a pill for that now too. So not the end of the world. Also get some counselling. It takes about a month to kick in.

    Other than the meds, I recommend finding some audiobooks at the library by wayne dyer (a psychologist) and deepak chopra (an endocrinologist).

    Yah let's load the man up on pill after pill that does wonders. You're not depressed anymore cause you shoved it under the carpet and now you're like a drug addict. Trust me, I've seen it happen.
