I was always taught about positive energy as a child.
My dad got the book for me.
It's worth a try.
It def made me think about things.
It makes you want to change your perspective and even shows you how.

I haven't read the book, but the movie is really good, and I would recommend it. I think that positive thinking actually influences one's life.
