I know that is question was previously asked in the Forum, but mine is a little bit different case.

My L1 B status with employer A is valid till Nov 2009 and I have my H1B approved and is valid from Oct 1st 2008.

I am currently working with my employer A in US and am expecting to work with employer A until Nov 2009 which is my last date of L1B, now my question is can I work with Employer A till Nov 2009 and then change my status to H1B from then and work with employer B.

If this is not possible, then how many days is it valid to work with employer A before I work employer B.

Start your H-1B quota by October 2008 or forget it.
