My fiancé and I are wanting to get married at the court house, but have no idea what we need to do. We were also wanting to know how much it would cost us and things like that.PLEASE HELP

Simple. Call up the Clerk's Office and speak with them. There are usually certain hours and certain days that the presiding Judges will marry couples in their chambers. You can find out all this good stuff when you go and get your Marriage License at the Courthouse.
