My wife has a H1 from her employer (sheis is in India right now).

She has to travel to US on My L2 as a dependent.

Will her H1 get cancelled when she goes for L2?

If she obtained both at US consulate in India, she can maintain both but it can be used only one at a time. So if she enters US on L-2 and later on wants to switch to H-1, she must leave and re-enter US to get H-1 stamped.
