There's this girl at my school who is a freshman. I got to know her a little, and I have to say, she is the most awesome person in the entire world. We share a lot of things in common but, since I'm a sophomore, we only meet but a few weeks ago.

There's only one problem, she has a boyfriend.

She's the most amazing person in the world. I would tell her that but in doing so I'm afraid of her rejection and not liking me in the future.

I know I sound a little obbsessed with her but I just want to be there for her.

If anyone could give me some advice on what else I should do other than befriend her, I would greatly appreciate it.

Just keep chatting with her and a friendship will develop. But don't try for anything more than that. It would be disrespectful to her and her boyfriend to try to come between them.

Don't do any more than befriend her. She is obviously with someone else. My sister was crushing on a guy for a solid year- the guy already had/has a girlfriend, and because she kept asking to hangout with him, he suspected the crush and was a little offended considering he was CLEARLY with another girl. Don't let that happen to you and this girl! Chat with her, but don't do anything that might offend her, or worse yet- make her boyfriend suspicious.

You can let her know of your interest in her... and nothing more. You are not a cheater, you won't turn her into a cheater, you won't condone nor illicit cheating behaviors in anyone. Right?

Let her know if she's ever single again, you'd love to do something with her sometime. Then drop it.

**i always thought it was the cutest thing for someone to wait. To hold themselves for the person they love. I guess its all about how you feel towards her, if you really lik her, then you can wait your turn. And maybe that turn might not evn show up, but you live once. Follow your heart. It's the best thing you can do
