I have to replace the lower (halogen) bulb on a Hampton Bay "Icelandic" ceiling fan but there is no owner's manual to guide me. A frosted piece of glass must be removed and I am afraid of breaking it without the proper instructions. Can you help?

Usually you apply pressure and rotate the glass until it drops out.
