I am trying to think of the name of a french film I believe made in the 1960s. There is no real dialogue the plot is all about timing and follows random daily activities that get linked together in quirky ways. No main actors or actresses either. There is a great scene in a restaurant/jazz club with waiters and guests coming and going, again all about timing and rhythm. It is an artsy film. Any ideas?
