    Unborn Child Custody
I am currently four months pregnant. My daughter's dad and I have been in an off and on relationship. However, I don't want him around. The reason to this is he can't decide to become a father when he chooses to. He gave up his rights to our daughter who is getting ready to turn 3. Now, he wants his rights back. I had mentioned to him I don't want anything to do with him since what I thought were good changes were all a lie and a act.

How do I go about this?

You can't take his rights away unless he is unfit to be a parent. You have to prove to the court that this is the case. If it is just a matter of you not "liking" him anymore, you are out of luck, you and him have a baby, actually two now together. Why not let him try and be a good dad, and go through the courts for visitations and custody agreements, along with the child support he must pay.

The child will be mostly in your custody but unfortunately, you can't do anything to stop him from actively participating in your child's life unless he's a killer or someone dangerous.
