This week the biggest news have came around the school. My cousin is a porn star... We are both in the 12th grade. I couldn't believe it. Every body is talking about it. Me and my cousin aren't close but I don't like the fact that she is living so wild. I don't want people to think that because she is like that I'm like that! Wat should I do..

Is she over 18. If not I would contact her parents.

She is 18. She will be 19 this year.

Don't be like that, then.

You can't successfully pursue a question like "How do I keep people from thinking ____________." You can't. Just be yourself and look down YOUR nose directly at people that try to associate anyone else's problems with you.

Seriously, if anyone even hints at it, you're only response needs to be, "Don't be an idiot." Then change the subject.

I think you should talk to her about it if it bothers you that much but you shouldn't really worry about what other people think if they want to judge you on the actions of someone else that's up to them just as long as you know who you are that's all that matters.

Its not like I don't care about her. I love her dearly. But we are not close. I'm just sick of being a class and hearing to boys discussing it or hearing them say stuff like they are going to ask her to have oral sex with them. I don't want to tell on her beacause her parents are ministers and that would kill them. I don't feel like its time for me to talk to my mama because right now she is trying to deal with my pregnancy and getting used to me moving out.

I want to talk to my cousin about it but I don't know how to approach her because like I said we don't talk at all. I don't want her to get all defensive..
