Hello,
I have a 200 amp panel.with a sub panal for pool and light.the main is almost full with 2 slots left open. Can I safely add a 30amp breaker to the main? My max usage is 33025 kilowatts in the highest month

Are you tripping your main breaker? That is probably the best indication that you have maxed out your service and need a bigger one. If you have never tripped your main breaker you probably are OK. That assumes that it works. :D

Your probably OK most houses I have amped out with everything on is about 60-70 amps these are standard mc mansions to so they do use more than most.
