Lien on property


Lien is registered on my property,because of failed to pay condo special assessment.
Management want to proceed with Power of sale-what is going to happen with me-I have no money to pay?

What does the condo association agreement say? They may have the absolute authority to lien and then force a sale - again, depends on the agreement.
