Theft under $5000 from employer in amount of $3000 (britsh columbia)
ok so..i am 19 years of age and i worked for a store called "marks work wearhouse" for about 2 1/2 months. and last week i refunded a bunch of money onto my own bank card plus i got someone to come in and act as though they were buying things.. when really i was just refunding everything with out a receipt..
it was only over a period of a few days and i have NO criminal record at all. eventually it added up to $3000.
so.. 2 days ago i was working and got called into my bosses office and they had told me they cought me and that the police were on their way. once the cop got there he took me ago in his car, down to the local police department, took my picture and put me in a holding cell for a while. once he let me out he handed me a bunch of papers, one was my court papers and another was an agreement never to have any "direct" or "indirect" contact with my former employer.
so today i got legal aid... and im PRAYING that some how i can get diverded from this situation with help form my lawyer.

( in my own defence - i DID do this.. but only to help a friend in need who was in debt with very bad people and also has a child. )

whats going to happen to me!!??

Can somebody help? I have the money to pay back...
Even though I signed an agreement not to have any contact with the company... can I have my dad deliver the money?. and possibly talk about the situation with my former employer?. maybe (possibly) get me out of this situation?. or will that cause more legal issues?
