Ive been experiencing the deadful expense of carpet cleaners such as Resolve pet cleaner, while training my puppy. Ive heard some people use shaving cream to rid of the oder and stain. Does anyone have any experience and luck using a home remedy and if so what did you use? I am specifically speaking of pet urine.

I know it is not a home remedy but many carpet cleaner companies do add urine removal products to there cleaners. Usually they have deals going all the time. I got my house cleaned because of our cat freaked out when we moved. And for a 2400 sq ft house it was only $150.
