In December 2007 I purchased some property through a delinquent Tax Sale in Georgia. The property had been repossesed by the Small Business Administration{SBA}. My question is: since the original owner no longer has a claim on the property and SBA has released the lien to me and has stated in writing that they promised not to exercise their right to redemption with out written approval from myself. Do I still have to go through with the Redemption/foreclosure notification. Thank you.
