    I am applting for my H4 visa. I have a query in tat.

    In DS156 form, the question no 36 asks

    Has anyone ever filled an immigrant visa petition on your behalf?

    I have B1 visa with me. I got this visa when I was working for wipro technologies. Is tat a immigrant visa..
    What should I fill for ques no 36. Should I have to say"yes" and mention " wipro technologies" or "no"

    Is B1 visa immigrant visa petition.. reply asap..

    Both B-1 and H-4 are non-immigrant visas.
