    violated probation. Now what?
OK, so you all have helped me SO much in my MANY situations!
    I really appreciate it!

Although, I do have another question. I was on probation for a year (DUI) this DUI happened 2yrs ago. After my court date, I went on probation for a year. I violated my probation unfortunately. I assumed that since I had a year probation... I would have a year to complete my driving school. But, I only had 9 months to complete it. My PO violated me, and then gave me a new PO because "she never wanted to speak to me again." I have almost completed the DUI driving school. It will be complete in 7 weeks. After that, I will have to turn myself in, because I now have a warrant. My probation was supposed to end this month. But now it won't until I go turn myself in... after I complete the class. My question is... when I go to turn myself in... will there be more punishment? Jail, etc? Im extremely nervous about going and doing this. I DO NOT want to go to jail. I have enlisted in the Army. I go to MEPS on the 22nd of this month. Although, I can't leave for basic until this charge is no longer pending... ANY advice would be much appreciated!

    Thank you in advance!!

For the best answer and most quick results I strongly suggest that you retain an attorney to handle this for you. The fact you've enlised is great and all that, but you know you can't go anywhere without first cleaning up your court mess. Do it now.

If I get a lawyer, will I have to go back to court, or will he/she go for me?

I live 14hrs away from where I dot the DUI.

After getting a lawyer, how long will it take, aprox. to be OVER with??

That is something you should ask the lawyer. Some counties are a little quicker than others.
