    The Law states he has to pay support until the child is 18 or graduates from high school (whichever comes first) OR until the time frame in the Court Order. The Court CAN order the father to pay a portion of college expenses after age 18.

    I have no idea at what age the father in your situation will try to stop paying support. Need more info.
