    Service engine warning light
I have a 2005 altima 2.5, service light came on, I went to advance auto and they said it was the oxygen sensor, auto zone said it was the electric throttle control, do anyone knows where is the throttle control actuator located?

I would go to a dealer and have them check it... is it already out of warranty?

What code(s) are Advance and Auto Zone getting? They should give you a printout with the code number on it; that would point us all in the right direction.

To answer your question, the throttle actuator is located on the throttle body and it is designed to control the amount of air being introduced into your engine based upon several criteria. That part doesn't fail nearly as often as the oxygen sensor.
That having been said, you should have somewhere on the receipt they printed for you, the actual codes that they discovered during the scan. Find out what code or codes you had and let us know.

I believe that's the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor)

P1122 is the electronic throttle control function. Have you noticed any issues with your vehicle? Also, what code did Advance provide you with?

Then odds are that it's an issue with the throttle control, not the O2 sensor.
