    Lump in right abdomen?
Ok here Is my situation for the past two or three weeks I have a lump in my right abdomen like 2 or 3 inches from my navel and it feels swollen I have no severe pain its just an uncomfortable and sometimes every once in a while ill get a very vague pain and my bowel movements have slowed down a lot since I've noticed this I also get nausea when I eat sometimes at first I thought I could be pregnant but I have taken 4 hpt test and all of them have been negative and I got my period a couple days late but I got it and normally it last 5 days but I only got it for 3 days heavy flow and then on the 4th day spotting but I fiugured that was because I was so paranoid I was worried sick about being pregnant. What could I have ? Has anybody had any of these symptoms or this lump? I have also lost a lot of weight due to all the stress and loss of appetite. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

As we mentioned in your other post, the period issue was caused by stress.

As far as the lump, you could be constipated, thus causing a lump in your intestines, either upper or lower intestines. I tend to side with this as you said your bowel movements have slowed down.

Are you drinking enough fluids? Eating enough fiber?
