I feel pregnant.. but just last week I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative... I have an irregular period so I never know when to expect it... :confused: My friend told me to take another test.. but I want to wait about 2 more weeks to see if my period does come.. is this the right thing to do? I need some help

From past experiences with friends, they were told, it if says positive it is for sure positive, if it says negative it still may be positive, I'd do the test again first thing in the morning and there is no harm in going to the GP. The more quick you find out the better, if you are worrying about it this can delay your period

I'm studying bio... f you have an irrigular period your hormones are not functioning correctly... so do the yest 1st thingin the morning when any hormones that your body is sucreting will be at there peak... hope you get the result you wanting:p

I have also had problems with irregular periods, and I have also had the "feeling pregnant, but negative tests" situations. In my case, I was just trying and wishing so hard to be pregnant, that I tricked my mind into thinking that I was pregnant, month after month, for about 8 months. Finally I made myself relax and things have started to settle down. Have been trying going on 11 months now, but my periods have finally become regular now, and I am enjoying the intimacy with my hubby more now, instead of just thinking of it as a job to get pregnant. You know? Not to say that it IS all in your head, you may be pregnant. But I am just letting you know other options. I know that I got so confused when I would feel so obviously pregnant, and get a negative every time. Hopefully things go more smoothly for you. I would definitely try the temperature monitoring with the "fertility friend" site. I have been told it works well. And when I finally get a thermometer that works right, I'll be trying it too. Well I did what everyone said and took another test but it still came up negative...I mean I am not really stressing myself over this..but I just want an answer ya know? So I am gonna wait another two weeks to see if my period does comes...I have always had an irregular period...except when I was on BC and I havent been on that for a very long time!! So I am just gonna wait and see what happens!!

You could always go to the dr and have a blood test done, that way you wouldn't be guessing and stressing.

When in doubt, always see your doctor. We can always encourage you and help you in guessing - but it's hard to assess and diagnose you through the internet. If your cycles are irregular, you should check with a doctor regularly, pregnant or not - especially if you are planning a family.

Well I did start my period..so this is a relieft and a disappointment all at once...but its no big worry because there is always next time..thanks to all of you who gave me advice!! I also know that just because I started my period doesnt totally mean Im not pregnant...Thanks again!!!!

Does anyone know if taking Zoloft is bad if I am trying to become pregnant? I have done some research but I havent got an actual answer!! And when I dont take my medicine I usually get panic attacks because that what it is for!! Im just worried that it will affect my attempt of becoming pregnant..but I also dont wanna suffer panic attacks for 9 mths!!

I think I am pregnant... but yesterday I got my period... I have had all the signs of being pregnant... what is wrong?. please help me find out... :o
