I'm 17 years old and have, because of some poor decisions, had 4 partners thus far. The first I always used a condom on, the second is my current girlfriend, virginity I took and we used condoms towards the beginning of our relationship but after an STD test we decided to go on the pill so I know she's clean. But the other 2 happened in one day and was unprotected and I know they were quite generous young women. I went on for about 7 months without any symptoms of any STD or anything, although I didn't get tested. One day, my girlfriend said she had forgotten to take the pill so we used one of her dad's condoms, which we later found out was expired. I got some redness and swelling from it on the head of my penis and foreskin (I'm uncircumsized), and she experienced extreme redness and swelling in her genitals as well and got concerned. It didn't hurt at first but irritation developed to the point that if I hugged someone or walked too fast, it felt like someone burned the head of my penis with a hot metal object. But after a doctors visit I realized it was an infection from the condom. Then, about two weeks, I noticed in the shower that I had about 5 white pimple-like bumps on the side of the head of my penis, which disappeared about two days after. And over this past weekend, me and my girlfriend broke up and she showed up at my door (I live 300 miles away from her now) and we got back together and had very rough sex about 20 times over the weekend. After she left I noticed the same redness and swelling and a minor irriation similar to the one I had before, but this time there were a few red bumps. Now it's the day after that and there are some red bumps, LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS of white bumps, increasing irritation, and the emission of a smell similar to the smell an uncircumsized penis gives off when it isn't washed for a few days. I've done some research to try to find out what this is and haven't found anything. Most infections that sound like this involve some discharge or painful urination. Touching the head of the penis stings a bit and urination is actually very relieving, so I am totally baffled. Please help me!!

Have you looked into balanitis? (yeast infection) It causes redness, swelling, etc.

Please see a doctor about this problem. You obviously have some sort of an infection. And your girlfriend obviously is the one who gave it to you. You need to contact her after you find out what sort of infection you have and have her go to the doctor and get treated for whatever infection she has. You don't want her to spread this kind of infection to anyone else.

Yes time for a trip to the doctor, I will agree some sort of infection.
