I need to find out what the length of warranty for the compressor is for a Maytag Performa side by side refrigerator freezer with the model number psd262lheb. We bought it from Lowe's in 2005 and the compressor is going out. We cannot find our manual to see if the compressor is good for 1 or 5 years. Also if anyone can fax me a copy of the manual that talks about this part. Thank you so so very much.

Yes, just today we went there and they cannot seem to find any information on the Maytag Performa as they do not sell them anymore.

Yes, we took our receipt with us. They wanted to sell us another refrigerator so that is why we need to find out the length of warranty for the compressor. Some say 1 year and others say 5. help
