A girl I had been arguing with over text (b/c she slept with my boyfriend) showed up at my place of employment and falsely accused me of harassing her and selling drugs to try and get me fired. I n ever threatened her and she is also pressing charges on me... basically because I called her a slut. Can I press charges on her coming up here? Can she press charges on me if I never threatened her?

Im in a similar situation I am pregnant by this guy and his girlfriend has been threathening me with text messages saying she what she is going to do to me and my child. I want to press charges on her how do I do that? She has lied on me plenty of times as well

Call the police and tell them she is harassing and threatening you. Hope you saved the text messages.
