What exactly is at that you don't know how to do, please? For instance: advertise, find and approach potential customers, how much to charge, operating possible machines that might be used in the cleaning and maintenance of offices, etc.

It would help to have a little more information here so that we could help you the best.

    Thanks!

    Hi again, yura!

I've already asked you some questions in Post #2 above and would appreciate you responding to them, if you would.

Just to be a little more direct here, though, you need to go out and present what you have to offer to businesses as far as cleaning for them. You could do this by printing up what you have to offer that would include the services that you provide and your prices and hand delivering it to the potential customers.

Whether you get the jobs or not, would be up to the customers. But, the more businesses that you present what you can do for them, the more likely it will be that you'll get some businesses that will hire you.

You can also advertise what you do in local print media as well as online.

If you would like to know more about advertising, please let me know.

    Thanks!

Thanks for the affirmation as well as reminder, Stringer! I know that, like you, I can dish out the advise. But, oftentimes, I'm feeling the same way that others are who are just starting in their business.

For instance, especially at this particular time of year, I would like to think that my phone would be ringing off the hook for people wanting me to tune their pianos in preparation for gatherings for the holidays. It just ain't so, though... I need to call them and also advertise even more vigorously now.

Anybody in business still has to keep plugging away at promoting their business, no matter how good it might have been going in the past.

Times can be tough, for any number of reasons, and if a person wants to have business, then they might also need to come up with new strategies to sell the services that they can provide for others.

Yes, I am in total agreement Clough. Only through constant persistence will success be reached and maintained. Nonthing happens until a sale is made, then of course the real work begins.
