    Concrete price
I looking to have 8 yards of concrete done with a stamp finish for my walk way. About how much will that cost me?

Are you looking for bids? If so, only someone in your area seeing exactly what you want to do will be able to give you good numbers.

I can tell you that materials-wise, around here the concrete delivered is about $65 a yard. The rest of it will be labor.

A yard is 27 cubic feet and it will cover an area of about 80 square feet 3 inches thick.

    1 yard = 0.9144 m or 91.44 cm

    1 sq. yard = 0.8361 sq. m or 8,361.27 sq. cm

I get 108 square feet for a cubic yard (27 cubic feet)? How did you come up with 80? Is there some kind of waste factor or am I doing something wrong?

    Thanks
