My dico thermostat is cool led is flashing.. why? I got home and is hearing a 'whining sound' from the air handler. I flipped a couple of breakers to reset something maybe. Any help?

Do you have the instructions that came with the thermostat. I would read them if you have them because so many different one have different clues to what is going on.

Post more info and maybe some one can help.
