My ex broght to my attention that I have been paying too much child support for the last year and a half. I was only suppost to pay 48.00 more a month for 6 months and I have been paying extra for 2 years. My question is how do I get this money back?

Well I really doubt you will, but you can try, you make a motion in the family court where the support order is issued. Now if you owe back support, they will just keep it. But in the end, it will be up to the court to order it repaid if child support has ended completely with a over payment, if you still have future payments to make, they will apply this to future payments.
