Its considered rape if she is under the age of 16, even if she wants it or not.

Not that easy Mister... if she reports this incident in the next year or two, your life would be ruined anyway. Stay away from her is the only answer!

Yes it is illegal and you could end up in jail and then be classified as a child molester ( registered sex offender) for the rest of your life.

That is not legal anywhere that I know of
