Here is a rough idea of how my town likes it...
Electrically, they want you to show all switches, dedicated circuits and state amp of each circuit breaker... see picture #1. My values are rough numbers and may not apply to your situation as I don't know the number of lights or if you have an oven or a range, etc. Note, dishwasher also gets a dedicated circuit as does the disposal if you have one..? My drawing is not up to code... requires more GFCI recptacle and lights, etc...
In terms of plumbing they just want to see that you understand the need to size the drain properly and connect the vent above the flood level rim of the sink (or show it going up and out the roof)... see 2nd and 3rd pictures. It is also not a bad idea to present the water lines on your drawing.
All sinks must have full size cleanout under sink... some towns require an air gap for dishwasher at counter (some don't)...
With the electric and the plumbing you need to know the code requirements in your area to present an acceptable blueprint. If you have any real specific questions you should call the local inspectors and ask them or pop back here and see what we can come up with.
Good luck...

Maybe you can achieve this for future use. Modern blueprint-plumbing-symbols for new construction
