    RTH230B Thermostat and Tempstar NTC5057BHB1
    I too installed a RTH230B programmable thermostat this winter and all has been going well on the heat side. We tried to turn on the AC today, I get the symbol of the snowflake, but not the fan.

    Here is my current wiring on the Thermostat:
    G=Green
    Y=Yellow
    W=White
    Rc=Red
    Rh=Blue
    The jumper JP2 on the back of the thermostat is on the two lower pins (closest to HG, and the pin by HE is exposed).

    Here is how heat/AC unit is wired:

    C=Blue
    G=Green
    Y=Yellow
    W=White
    R=Red

    Thanks in advance for helping me solve my mess.

    Not sure what you mean by:

    Here is my current wiring on the Thermostat:
    G=Green
    Y=Yellow
    W=White
    Rc=Red
    Rh=Blue
    The jumper JP2 on the back of the thermostat is on the two lower pins (closest to HG, and the pin by HE is exposed).

    Is this the old stat connections, or the new?

    Is the "Tempstar NTC5057BHB1" the old thermostat or the AC unit?

    I cannot find any reference to Tempstar NTC5057BHB1 on the web anywhere.

    Can you get back with more detail?

    These are the new connections.

    Tempstar NTC5057BHB1 is the model number on the heating/ac unit.

    Try this at the thermostat:
    G=Green
    Y=Yellow
    W=White
    Rc=BLUE
    Rh=RED

    I do not know what these mean:

    The jumper JP2 on the back of the thermostat is on the two lower pins (closest to HG, and the pin by HE is exposed).
