My question is how would you go about starting a business a cleaning business? About how much money would it take to start one? What kind of software would you recommend? Is there any kind of government grants for minorities to start a business? Is there any way to get some kind of help for people who don't have good enough credit to get a loan from a bank??
Orlando101 there are numerous threads on AMHD concerning starting a business, many are about starting a commercial cleaning business and all the information pertaining to your questions. Take the time to research the threads.
There is a website specifically for janitorial companies that can answer almost all your questions also;

You will benefit from experienced people (owners) and if you join the site you can ask any question and they will respond directly with an answer. You do not have to spend the money to join and can access the "articles" that may also answer your questions.
But as I said, the threads pertaining to all this are available with AMHD...
Good luck, it takes a lot of dedication and a lot of your time. But it can be very good to you also. I have had my own cleaning business for the last 16 years in Chicago.
