My dog has been sick for almost seven days and has not eaten anyting. He has vomited everyday, Has diarria, And only drank water.He has lost a lot of weight. And I do not know how to get him to eat anything. Does anybody know what and how to feed a dog that will not eat.

This could be anything from parvo on down - or up.

Your concern shouldn't be getting him to eat. Your concern should be getting him to a vet.

Seven days for a dog is a very long time!

It is true you need to take the dog to a vet. Diaherra is very bad for a dog. I gave my dog Pediatric Electrolyte (used for young children and babies) to drink to help replace the water he was losing. Took him to the vet, he said his drink it saved his life because his problem was in the gallbladder. I always keep a bottle on hand for my dogs when they present with an illness. Dogs will eat when they are feeling better, you need a vet.
