When I test The neutral connection in motor starter panel I found Electricity in neutral line
And the push botten didn't start motor
What is the wrong and how can solve the problem

The neutral connection sometimes fails, this is usually due to a loose connector in the supply side of the circuit. You will need to look up stream until you find a good neutral. I usually start in the middle and keep dividing the problem in half. This takes less time.
