    Every women is different. If you are breast feeding you may not get your period until you stop, or at least slow down. If you aren't breast feeding, then most women will get their period around 6 weeks after birth, but again, every women is different.

    Remember that you do ovulate before you menstruate, so, even though you haven't had a period, you could still become pregnant. I know many women who had back to back pregnancies without ever having a period in between.

    Every woman is different. It also depends on whether you are breastfeeding.
