I just purchased a 2004 Chev and had to change the battery and now my radio is showing LOC. The use car dealer I bought the truck from call Woodall Chevrolet to try and retrieve it for me and they want $130 do it. Can you help me with this.

Go to another dealership with the vehicle and proof of registration. They should be able to provide you with the code at no charge. It's not a complicated procedure and the instructions should be included in your owner's manual.
