My personal account was recently levy. The full amount of the levy
Was not obtained. Does the responsibly party has to file a new claim with the court system or can the court system reused the same claim to obtain the balance

The creditor has a Judgment against you and can use any legal means to be paid without a need to renew the Judgment. The Judgment does go out of force until it's satisfied.

Could take part as a garnishment, give up on that and levy against a bank account, whatever works for them.
