    Flooding in shed
I have been a tenant for 6 years. I have a large hole next to my shed because I have a flooding problem, mildew and mold. Everything in my shed has been ruined by mold and mildew and the odor. I asked for help in April and it is sept. The hole is still there and still flooding. Can I sue for my damaged property?

Why can't you fill in the hole yourself? This way at least it will stop any future damage.

    Do you have renters insurance?

You can sue but whether you will win will depend on many factors - if you knew there was a problem, what did you do to prevent damages, could you have corrected the problem, is this something the landlord should correct, how was the landlord notified - ?
