    Concerning my health
Hi I am not sure how to ask this question so I will try my best to explain.

A few weeks ago, probably 3 now. I went to the hospital, been was having (still am) pains, cramps, lost of appetite, want to throw up,maybe some headaches. Stomach has been hurting. And feels like at times I am hungry when I am not. The hospital never did figure out what was wrong at all. It was a waste of time,I have to wait till October 1, till I get to see my doctor.

I have a feeling since during these weeks that have passed by. That the milk or even cheese started this mess. Also way some time ago months ago maybe even a year now,I have not been able to use flour. Not the white one anyway, glucost in it or something gives me diaria. So awful the way I go through all this. My mom got me some pills to help. They are called super lactase enzyme,it says it supports digestive health. But not helping enough at all.

I still get pains, and oh I get them in my back to. What can I do till I see my doctor,I have not been using milk products as often as I use to now. Should I try not to use it for a week,to see if that is what is causing this mess. I want to feel better again. And would exercise help as well. I can't do much as my stomach is soar. Thanks so much for hearing me out, sorry it's so long but I have been very concern. So you know what could be the problem, let me know and thanks.

    Choux
Give your stomach a rest for a day; just drink 7-Up and think positive thoughts about feeling better.

Then, eat three meals a day, well balanced including 3 vegetables and 3 fruits... start out with oatmeal, a fruit, and skimmed mild for breakfast...

Make sure you get exercise every day.

Have something positive to do every day.

This and your positive thinking will help you feel much better.
