There's no way for us to tell you. You could be ill from the Plan B. If taken correctly it works pretty well. The only way to tell, if you are pregnant, who was the one that impregnated you is a blood test.

There is always a possibility of pregnancy when you have sex. Plan B is not 100% effective, even if taken correctly. So, the answer is yes, it is possible that you are pregnant.

As for who the father is... There is no way to tell until the baby is born and a DNA test is done. DNA tests are not necessarily blood tests anymore, all they do is swab the inside if your cheek, the baby's cheek, and the father's cheek. Very simple these days.
