How can I request to the Judge in my divorce not to grant the defendants request for relief of a default divorce Judgment I obtained. The Defendant was served by the Sherriffs Officers.

If there is a judgement already and the other party is filing an appeal they will have to provide proof of some kind that there is a legal reason to overturn it. What have they said in their response papers ?
