    how to do tan(x) = 5.769 ( what is x)
    the tangent of x is the oppposite over the adjacent.

    opposite = 30

    adjacent = 5.2

    tan(x)=30/5.2 ( wich is 5.769 )

    and this is where I stop

    how do I solve for x in :

    tan(x) = 5.769

    please and thank you

    atan might be on your calculator
