I don't work and I am being sued I have been married for a very long time longer then this debt I don't work an I live in Florida an our home an other stuff isn't in my name. The charge card is in my name with him as an authorized user. Can they garnish my spouses pay an attach anything to our home which is also in his name. Home bought after we were married and before the debt.

First, thank you for the kind comment. It means a lot to me.
Second, I would take your name off any joint accounts.
If a lien is filed against your house, nothing will happen - as I explained.
These are terrible times for people right now. I keep thinking/hoping/wishing the economy would get better. So many people post, simply looking for a way to escape from paying their just debts, that you are refreshing. So just do the best you can right now and protect what you have - by removing your name from joint (asset) accounts. Immediately.
Are you POSITIVE the debt is still within the Statute?
How old is that debt and when did you make your last payment on it?
My last payment was made feb 26 2004 they filed papers feb 06 of 2008 statue of limitations is 4yrs in Florida and the company triing to collect is a collection company not bank of america who the credit card was originally through.
