Hi my name is Marilyn and I am 20yrs old I would like to know if I could be pregnant my fiancé and I are trying to have a baby after a misscarrige with twins we tried Monday may 8th and next day I woke up feeling sore and a bit crampy he called a fertelity clinic and the lady said that there was a high chance because I was very fertile that day and it was my last till the 21st of may yesturday my lower back was really sore and my body was still sore I was crampin a little more today my breast well they are kind of sore my sister in law has friends that work in a fertility clinic and she is sending down some info.I had about 3 misscarriges 2 with my ex and one with my fiancé its killing me because I think about it and I go well I don't know why I tried maybe I'm not meant to have kids all this is a coincidence I'm not going to get pregnant its all in my head.my fiancé has called clinics for advice and they say that what I'm feeling is the implantation symptoms but I just don't believe so I search for answer one of my friends said something about the inside of the vagina being like a little ball lump whatever and so tried to check for it and yea I sound crazy lol but that's how bad a want a baby and I have it and I got real concerned I freaked maybe it could be an STD or something I think that I might be pregnant but I am not sure and I'm scared that my pregnancy test when I take it that its going to come back negative I know that I shouldn't be stressing but I can't help it after 3 misscarriges I feel like what's the point maybe I'm not meant to have kids my question is do all my symptoms sound familiar to any of you pregnant women out there?could this mean that I am pregnant? I have also been feeling a little nauseas and if I touch like where the baby is supposed to be I get a little light headed.also no one knew that my fiancé and I were trying to have a baby is sisters and him had a dream that him and I had a baby boy my mom had a dream that she had a baby boy the next day it was weird I woke up rubbing my tummy people say its motherly instincs also where the baby should be was a little itchy and so are my breast I don't know if this is coincedence or actual symptoms.also when him and I had intercourse my period was over like the day before after the first time of him and I doing it I had bleeding it was light pink but not much as if my period was starting again I'm confused because like I said the lady at the clinic said that it's a good sign because that means that I was still ovulating.also I been VERY TIRED lately.I also noticed that have to urinate more.

I am not entirely sure what you mean about a "lil ball lump" inside the vagina. The vagina has nothing whatsoever to do with getting pregnant other than that is where the penis is inserted for intercourse.

Ovulation occurs in the ovaries and the egg moves out of the ovary and into the fallopian tubes. This is where fertalization occurrs. You said May 8, well this is only May 11. It is too early for any of those symptoms to occur.

Conception occurs when the sperm meets the egg and forms what is called a zygote. Thirty (30) hours later the zygote undergoes what is called mitosis. This is when the tiny cell splits into two cells, these cells in turn divide into 4 cells and so on.

The trip from the fallopian tubes to the uterus takes about 3 days, which is where we are now. This "egg" is now only 16 cells. On about the 6th day the egg implants itself on to the uterine wall and implantation is complete around the second week.

With only being possibly 3 days pregnant I really do not think you should be experiencing this many and this severe of symptoms.

You should go to your doctor and have it checked out. Sure you are more fertile after a miscarriage, but not symptomatic after 3 days after intercourse.

Could it be that you want a baby so badly that these symptoms are psychosomatic? Your brain could be wanting to have a baby so bad that it is actually making the symptoms occur.

I am not a doctor, only a nursing student in my obstetrics rotation, so I would recommend you get to a doctor as soon as possible.

Yea that's exactly what I was thinking but the lady from the fertility clinic said there is no such thing as it being all in your head a women knows her body and knows when her body is changing.

This is true and not true. What I wrote to you was directly out of my Anatomy & Physiology book.

And yes, a woman does know her own body, but psychosomatic illness can be real. It is way to early for you to be experiencing the symptoms of pregnancy. They usually do not occur for at least the first 3 or 4 weeks at minimum. Most people begin experiencing symptoms around 8 weeks at the earliest.

P.S. Urinating more will not begin until at least the second trimester. From 3 to 6 months of pregnancy. Urinating more is ONLY caused because the baby has grown and is pressing on the bladder.

I have had 4 kids and this did not begin until I was around 6 - 7 months pregnant. Could you have a bladder infection?

My fiancé said that to me the other night.I am in the process of changing doctors because every time I go I guess they don't want to do their job and they always tell me its sinus its sinus when I was pregnant before they said it was sinus and that I wasn't pregnant later on they discovered that they were wrong and I was pregnant and it wasn't sinus but it was too late since I wasn't under care and I kept on my diet and doing my daily routines I misscarried.oh I also forgot the lady at the fertility clinic said the whole thing about elevated temperature something between 98-99 being elevated for 18days and I also heard that some women do experience implantation symptoms a pregnant lady told my fiancé that it varies from women but that it just depends on how much attention they pay to their bodies.I don't know if its true or not its something I heard.

And yes, symptoms do vary from woman to woman, however, it has only been 3 or 4 days. That is not even long enough for implantation to be complete. It is HIGLHLY unlikely that anyone would experience this many symptoms within 3 days. You may experience some, but not all. Definitely the frequent urination since there is no fetus pressing on the bladder at this point in time.

See an OBGYN who specializes in high-risk pregnancies. I suggest this because of the misacrriages you have had in the past. If you are pregnant, this doc can certainly help to help you carry to term this time. DO NOT see an ordinary doc.

A lot of times urinating is caused more because of the changing of hormones. This CAN happen at the beginning of the pregancy.
