How can I loose 10 kgs in a week??
You can't.
10kg is a lot.
Not safetly. Maybe with liopsuction, if you are really big, but what will you do with the flabby skin?
Hmm.. I am not really big... I'm 52 kilos... to 172 cms tall but how can I loose weight anyway?
Sure and steady wins the race. Start with adding cardio into your daily routine - at least 30 minutes a day and eat right. Begin with swearing off junk food. You will start feeling better within a week and it will give you the incentive to keep going.

So you weigh 52 kilos, which is equal to about 114 pounds, and you want to lose 22 pounds. That would put you at 92 pounds. Oh, and you want to do that in a week.
Did anyone else do the math on this? What on earth is making you think you need to lose that kind of weight? And why are you so intent on losing it in seven days? This is insanity.
I suggest your time would be much better spent at a clinic for eating disorders.

Day One
All fruits except bananas. Your first day will consist of all the fruits you want. It is strongly suggested that you consume lots of melons the first day. Especially watermelon and a cantaloupe. If you limit your fruit consumption to melons, your chances of losing three lbs. on first day are very good.
Day Two
All vegetables. You are encouraged to eat until you are stuffed with all the raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. There is no limit on the amount or type. For your complex carbohydrate, you will start day two with a large baked potato for breakfast. You may top the potato with one pat of butter.
Day Three
A mixture of fruits and vegetables of your choice. Any amount, any quantity. No bananas yet. No potatoes today.
Day Four
Bananas and milk. Today you will eat as many as eight bananas and drink three glasses of milk. This will be combined with the special soup which may be eaten in limited quantities.
Day Five
Today is feast day. You will eat beef and tomatoes. Eat two 10 oz. portions of lean beef. Hamburger is OK. Combine this with six whole tomatoes. On day five you must increase your water intake by one quart. This is to cleanse your system of the uric acid you will be producing.
Day Six
Beef and vegetables. Today you may eat an unlimited amount of beef and vegetables. Eat to your hearts content.
Day Seven
Today your food intake will consist of brown rice, fruit juices and all the vegetables you care to consume.

When you loose 10kg in one week, it never be healthy, I mean forcing metabolism to work faster (drugs) and don't eat (pain) is more destructive than an operation... so I think the plastic surgery is the best option. After that, you will regain that weight because he/she cannot change your genetic, and so.. this should be another topic :)

Kateline you need to work out why you feel the need to lose weight. How are you feeling? How is school/work going, how are you doing in your personal life? This desire to lose weight is a symptom of a problem you need to sort out at the root. Yeah you could lose all 10kg but you wouldn't feel any better and you would never be able to lose enough to make you happy. Don't go down that route. It's a waste of your life.
