    Adopting my daughter
How could my husband adopt my daughter in order to have paternity right. Does my daughters biological father has to agree with the process although its been a year he hasn't seen her but he is in the birth certificate.

In a single word, yes, he has to consent to the adoption.

What if he was to refuse to? Does it matter if he has another women pregnant too and still refuses for my husband to adopt my daughter?

If he refuses, your husband can't adopt his daughter.

And whether he has other children or other women pregnant is immaterial. He may be a skunk and lowlife but he, unfortunately, is the birth father of your daughter.

Are the other children younger or older than your daughter?

Does he pay support? Do as I suggested - take him to Court for support and then present the adoption idea to him.
