How could my husband abopt my daughter?
Hi I got a couple of questions. I got married and my husband would like to adopt my daughter in order to have paternity. How would he be able to do that? Does my daughters biological father has to accept even if I never got married to him?

Yes, the biological father has to agree.

There are other factors - usually you have to be married at least one year, you could take the father into Court for support and present him with the adoption idea - but I don't know that you need/want all that info.

I just realized you have two threads with the same question - this won't get you any different advice and is confusing.

    Should be combined.
