    Remove the spark plug... repeatedly pull the cord (GAS MAY SPRAY OUT SO BE Careful WHERE YOU POINT THE HOLE!)... then let it sit for a while to air out.
    Replace the spark plug and try again.

    Choke off, throttle wide open and pull 10X Just curious but what happened to make you beileve its flooded?
