I've had the car for a couple of years. It's been broke down for a good portion of it. I just got it out of the shop and the radio doesn't work. They said when the battery is disconnected it locks up. So, if stolen no one can use it. The dealership charges a 100 bucks to troubleshoot the problem. The toyota help line can't help at all. Can anyone help me?? :confused:

I went through this with a MB - I had to replace the radio. I even paid for the trouble shooting and they couldn't break/locate the code.

Mine is an after market product.

Don't know this is helpful to you, other than I had the same experience.
